At MIOR, we take pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and precision of our jewelry. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

Due to the nature and precision of jewelry, no item can be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Size Exchange Policy

If the size of the item does not fit, it may be exchanged within 3 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original condition, including the box and full packaging.
  • The original purchase invoice must be provided upon request.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items

Please note that personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost if the claim is approved.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect upon arrival. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
